  10.      standards and generic connection alternatives for local area networks
  11.      (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs). Compare the cost, advantages, and

  13.      PBX, baseband, and broadband. Also compare the cost, advantages, and
  14.      limitations of the following WAN technologies:  switched services,
